1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Stacked mobile application, website, and related services (the 'App'). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms at any time. The 'Last Updated' date will reflect the latest version. By creating an account or tapping Agree & Continue, you confirm that you are 18 or over, have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and understand that Stacked is an analytics and entertainment platform — not a betting operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or the legal betting age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. The App is designed for users in the United Kingdom. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Nature of the App

Stacked is a sports data, analytics, and entertainment platform covering American football, association football, and other sports. Stacked is not a bookmaker, does not accept or process bets, and does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice. 4. AI-Generated and Automated Content

Some insights, predictions, or commentary within the App are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence ('AI'). While we aim for accuracy, AI content may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any automatically extracted bet information. We provide tools to review and correct AI-extracted data before saving it.

5. Accounts

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. Where possible, we will notify you and allow you to correct the issue before termination. Termination for cause does not entitle you to refunds. Upon termination, your data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App — including software, algorithms, databases, and trademarks — belong to Stacked Gaming Limited. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal use only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or use the App to create competing products.

7. Data Use

We use the information you provide (including uploaded betting slips and usage data) to operate and improve the App, personalise your experience, and help you track your performance. Aggregated or anonymised information may be used for analytics and product improvement. We never sell your personal data. Any shared or published data will not identify you personally. Retention: We retain your personal data while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is immediately anonymised. Aggregated anonymous data may be retained indefinitely.

8. Third-Party Data Processors

We use carefully selected third-party service providers (“processors”) to help us operate, support, and improve the App. All processors act only on our instructions, are bound by data processing agreements, and are required to maintain appropriate security measures and GDPR compliance.

The processors we currently use include:

Amazon Web Services (AWS) – Cloud hosting, infrastructure, and secure data storage (UK data centres).
OpenAI – Image processing used for betting slip extraction. Data is processed transiently and not stored.
Elastic Cloud – Search, indexing, and analytics infrastructure (EU/UK hosting).
Slack – Internal communication platform used for support operations (may process user content only when you contact support).
Google Workspace (G Suite) – Email, documentation, and internal communication tools.
Loom – Internal product recording and support tooling (used only for internal analysis, not consumer-facing data).
Hyperautomate – Automation and operational workflow tooling (processes metadata to support App operations).

We conduct due diligence on all processors to ensure they provide adequate technical and organisational safeguards, and we review them regularly to maintain compliance.

9. User Content

By uploading or submitting betting slips, picks, or other content, you grant Stacked a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and analyse that content for App functionality and analytics. Aggregated and anonymised data becomes Stacked’s property. No Affiliation or Infringement: Betting slips or screenshots may include names or logos of third-party betting operators. These remain the property of their respective owners. Stacked is not affiliated with or endorsed by any betting operator. Copyright Complaints: If you are a rights holder and believe content infringes your intellectual property, contact legal@stacked.game. We will investigate and remove infringing content where appropriate.

10. Subscriptions

Some features are free. Premium features may require a paid subscription purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. Before Purchase: You’ll see clear pricing, duration, and renewal terms. You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase. Cooling-Off Period: When you access Premium features immediately, you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your App Store or Play Store settings. No refunds are offered for partial periods except as required by law. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.

11. Affiliate and Partner Links

The App may include or in future include links to third-party betting operators, fantasy platforms, or content partners. We do not control or endorse those sites. If affiliate links are introduced, Stacked will comply with all UK Gambling Commission and CAP Code advertising rules and display responsible gambling messaging.

12. Community and Leaderboards

This feature is in development and not yet active. When implemented, user content rules and moderation processes will be detailed here.

13. Disclaimers

The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, except your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content will be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Sports data and stats are sourced from third parties (e.g., SportsData.io). Stacked is not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. For free users, we exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. For paid subscribers, our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of £50 or the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except where prohibited by law.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rights that may give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere, you agree that disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
